 Elise Sandwick began seriously studying dance at the age of ten, taking classes several times a week in multiple styles including Flamenco and Modern. In 1989, Miss Elise opened Dance Expressions, which had one studio and about 100 students including Alison Forney who is now a teacher. Miss Elise says, “I have treasured every moment with every child, watching them grow and learn. My favorite time is when I see a child fall in love with dance”
